STEM Club & Invention Fair

Mrs. Blossom

STEM Club is a gathering of 30 students in grades 3-5 that meets on Wednesdays after school to work on inquiry-based Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) related activities.

The students work collaboratively to solve a “problem” within the time frame and materials allotted for the activity.

The Annual Invention Fair allows the students in the STEM club the opportunity to show off what they know.  District Administrators come to judge the student’s inventions as well as their presentation.  The Invention Fair is open to all of the students/staff of Taylor School as well as family and friends after school.  The students are also invited to participate in the WNY Invention Convention held at the Buffalo Museum and Science Center!
